Our initial budget is approximately $80,000. We have several sponsorship opportunity levels available that may fit into your budget.
Some of our Rose Parade expenses include:
Rose Parade Ticket Pre-Sale Deposit – $12,000
Uniforms – $8,000
Feed the Band during RP rehearsals and events – $8,000
Rose Parade President Visit – $10,000
Rose Parade & Band Fest Transportation – $20,000
Spirit Wear Startup Expenses – $7,000
Plus other miscellaneous expenses
Drum Major Sponsorship (One (1) Available) – $15,000 Donation. Sponsorship includes:
• Two (2) tickets to the reserved Santiago grandstand seating at the Rose Parade
• Four (4) tickets to Santiago’s performance at Bandfest in Pasadena on December 29th.
• Company Recognition and seating at Rose Parade rehearsal in Corona on December 30th.
• Company Logo on back of band trailer.
• Two (2) Swag Bags (BOSS Rose Parade commemorative apparel and pin set)
• Company Recognition in Band Program for the 2023-2024 performance season.
• Company Recognition on Band Website for the 2023-2024 performance season.
Concert Master Sponsorship (One (1) Available) – $12,500 Donation. Sponsorship includes:
• Two (2) tickets to the reserved Santiago grandstand seating at the Rose Parade
• Four (4) tickets to Santiago’s performance at Bandfest in Pasadena on December 29th.
• Company Logo on back of band trailer.
• Two (2) Swag Bags (BOSS Rose Parade commemorative apparel and pin set)

Color Guard Captain Sponsorship (One (1) Available) – $10,000 Donation. Sponsorship includes:

• Two (2) tickets to Santiago’s performance at Bandfest in Pasadena on December 29th.

Section Leader Sponsorship (One (1) Available) – $7,500 Donation. Sponsorship includes:

• Company Recognition in Band Program for the 2023-2024 performance season.

Friday Night Lights with the Band Sponsorship (Two (2) Available) – $5,000 Donation. Sponsorship includes:
• Two (2) VIP access passes to all 2023 regular season Santiago home football games.
• One (1) parking pass to all 2023 regular season Santiago home football games.
• Sit with the band during the game.
• Two (2) Swag Bags (BOSS Rose Parade commemorative apparel and pin set)
• Company Recognition in Band Program for the 2023-2024 performance season.
